Question: The order form seems to only take one kind of apron at a time. What do I do if I want to buy more than one apron of a particular kind?
When you complete your order form and click "send" the payment section of Paypal comes up and you can fill in any quantity of any product you like. The Order Form has a "Descriptions" area that allows you to include special request or information.
Question: How do I know my dress will not be lost, stolen or harmed before you complete my order?
We suggest you send it via a form of transportation that can be tracked, such as UPS, U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Once your garment is in our hands we will do everything in our power to keep it safe and handle it with the love and respect it deserves.
Question: What if I am concerned about how many aprons my dress will make?
Unless it is small or damaged in areas, most dresses will make at least a full and a half apron. However, if you prefer, you can place an order for only one and request an assessment of your garment in the "Special Notes" area of the order form and we will email or call you with our assessment after we receive your garment. At that time you can pay for any additional items you want to order.
Question: Why can't I just pick out a pattern I like for you to make my apron from?
In the process of making many of these aprons, we have learned it is VERY different from making an apron from a flat piece of yard fabric. We've tried very hard to give the customer as many options as possible, without making promises we can't keep. If you have a unique request beyond what appears in our order form, feel free to give us a call or email us before placing the order.
Question: How long before I get my apron back?
You should allow up to 3 weeks from the time we receive your garment until you get your order back. Holidays may sometime affect delivery, in which case we would notify you upon receipt of you order.
Question: How will I know when my apron is completed?
We will send you an email when your apron ships.
Question: Why do you ask for shipping information in the Place Order Form and in Paypal?
The "Place Order" form has multiple purposes for us, including information we need to make your apron as well as match it to your garment and payment. Although it may not be evident, every question we ask on the form will help us in the order process. Actual shipping addresses are provided in the payment area of Paypal.
Question: Do you guarantee I will like my apron?
Our success depends on every single customer's satisfaction with the apron or product they order. Therefore we have every reason to try and make each individual customer as happy as possible, which is why we put our heart and soul in every apron we make.
Question: Since you are using my fabric, it seems your aprons are a little costly. Is there a reason?
Our process, not including the actual sewing of your apron, is a proprietary 42 step process that ensures a quality product. This requires a great deal of time and and keen attention to the most minute details. Keep in mind that this is a hand crafted design made from limited material. What we offer is the opportunity of a one-of-a-kind product.
